Dementia Care
Additional Information
We truly believe it is entirely possible to live well with dementia. Our specially trained health and well being team provide quality dementia care, with skills and knowledge to support your loved one in an informed, compassionate way. All our staff are trained in all types of dementia alongside nutrition as we trust this is a big factor in dementia care.
We do not follow a 'one size fits all approach' as we understand each person experiences dementia in their own way. All our services are personalised to ensure your loved one receives the best care suited to them and their experiences with dementia.
Prior to starting your loved ones care plan we take the time to get to know them and their routines. We like to introduce selected carers that are best suited. We acknowledge by taking this time to learn about your loved ones interests and lifestyle we can create a bespoke care plan as unique as they are. This ensures you that they are being cared for by someone who fully understands and attends to their needs.
Our team will provide support for as long and as often as your loved one needs. We have a minimum visit time of 45 minutes to ensure that quality time is provided in a suitable time frame. Our carers understand your loved ones care is not a task to be rushed and we value the trusting relationship that can be built in this time. Our care team will actively assess your loved ones care package and will always update the package when it may need reviewing in order to better suit them.
